Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship the following business day. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately Catbat Shop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.
We are happy to offer free Standard shipments within the U.S. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to return or exchange any cape in like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Please follow the directions below to be reimbursed in full at the time we receive your return.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your message, please specify your order number, item, and reason for return or exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization code and a returns mailer at no extra cost. When you return your purchase, please include your code along with the cape. We cannot accept returns without this code. If the cape is in a like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date, you will be reimbursed in full.
